Infants

Our Infants Programs nurture children aged 5 to 7 in a bright, supportive environment, fostering a love of learning, strong character, and essential literacy and numeracy skills and a well-rounded curriculum.

Primary

Montgrove, Orchard Hills

The emphasis of learning in the Junior School is the establishment of proficient literacy and numeracy skills to assist in the development of critical thinking and higher order conceptual understanding.

Secondary

Montgrove, Orchard Hills

Our Secondary school provides a rich and stimulating learning environment which encourages each girl to reach her potential, academically, creatively, emotionally, socially, spiritually, and physically. Our program nurtures the whole person.

Since 2007, Montgrove College has walked alongside parents with a shared belief: that a child’s first and most important educators are their parents. As a school of the Pared Foundation, Montgrove supports families in raising young women of character, courage and faith—students who strive for academic excellence while living lives of purpose and integrity.

Inspired by the teachings of Saint Josemaría Escrivá, we place parents at the heart of their daughter’s formation. We work with families to support each girl’s development—intellectually, spiritually and morally. This partnership is deeply personal, built on trust, communication and shared values.

Parents are not simply involved at Montgrove, they are essential. We believe education is most powerful when home and school are united in their mission. With this foundation, our students gain the confidence, clarity and character to grow into women ready to lead, serve and make a meaningful impact.

Character Education

Montgrove’s Character Education program teaches students the meaning of virtues and how to apply them practically in their studies, play, and family life.

Virtues Program: Students are invited to grow in the habits that shape a meaningful life: sincerity, industriousness, order, cheerfulness, generosity, and a spirit of service. When practised regularly, they shape a person’s mindset, influence their choices, and build an enduring foundation for a life of purpose.

GIVE Program: GIVE (Growing in Virtue Every Day) helps students grow in practical virtue through weekly lessons and daily application. By focusing on qualities like kindness, perseverance and responsibility, girls learn to form strong character and contribute generously to their school community.

Community Service: Service is lived through daily acts of kindness and school-wide initiatives—guided by Catholic teaching and family involvement. The program involves Bronze, Silver and Gold recognition awards with all secondary students completing service hours annually. Community service opportunities are integrated across all year levels, fostering lifelong generosity and compassion.

Mentoring

At Montgrove, no student goes unnoticed. From Kindergarten to Year 12, each student is supported by our personalised one-on-one mentoring system.

Paired with a dedicated mentor, meeting regularly throughout the term, these conversations are warm and intentional, guiding your daughter as she reflects on her goals, builds resilience, and grows in confidence and virtue.

Mentoring at Montgrove uniquely requires your active involvement. Meeting with you once a term, mentors listen, share, and align with you on what matters most. This ongoing partnership strengthens the connection between home and school, ensuring your daughter is guided by consistent values and a united vision.

Our mentoring model provides:

  • Fortnightly one-on-one mentoring tailored to your daughter’s stage and personal goals
  • Guidance across academic goals, friendships, faith and character
  • Early identification of challenges, with gentle support or timely intervention
  • A dedicated mentor who forms a long-term relationship of trust and encouragement
  • Regular mentor-parent meetings to align support and strengthen your role as her primary influence
